All sales are final. There are no return options available.Jewelry may be repaired if broken, upon request. 

All items purchased from a DROP or in NEW ITEMS will ship in 2-3 BUSINESS days. All custom Navajo pearls and other customs will ship in 1-3weeks.

ALL custom orders will require a down payment of HALF the total price. 

Diamond S Rocking Rose is not responsible for length or sizing errors made on your behalf. And is not responsible if a package gets lost or stolen.
